Returns & Refunds

Each bed is considered a specialist, made to order item therefore is non- returnable. We have a 48 hour cooling off period in which you can cancel or make changes to your order. Once the cooling of period has been exceeded you will not be able to cancel or make changes to your order. Returns and refunds will only be accepted if items are faulty or damaged. Collection of any damaged or faulty goods will be arranged.
